How much does RoxPay cost per month?
SaaS fees start at €12/month per module. Pay-per-use costs are added based on actual usage. No minimum transaction volumes or exit penalties.
What does IC++ (Interchange Plus Plus) mean?
IC++ is the most transparent pricing model in payments. Each transaction separately shows: interchange fee (set by Visa/Mastercard), scheme fee, and our fixed margin. You know exactly what you're paying for.
Are there hidden fees or contract lock-ins?
No. No hidden fees, no minimum term, no exit penalties. The setup cost is one-time and includes full onboarding, training and configuration. You can deactivate modules anytime.
How is the setup cost calculated?
The setup cost is based on annual merchant revenue. It starts at €119 for revenues up to €50,000 and scales with decreasing impact. Includes dedicated onboarding, team training and full platform configuration.
